found their way into our hearts, our minds and our bellies. Join us as we indulge in
life's simplest pleasure, the world of confections.


Chocolate for Beginners - A Tasting      Fee:  $65.00

You can never have too much chocolate! Indulge your senses as you learn the fundamentals of chocolate. How they are different and what “good” chocolate is all about. Then learn how to make
basic truffles and a host of chocolate delights!  Bring your love of chocolate to this magnificent party
as you’ll be working hands on.  Bring an apron and containers to take your goodies home. Do not eat
any garlic or strong food or drink prior to class. You will be tasting a variety of chocolates.

You can never have too much chocolate! Indulge your senses as you learn how to mold chocolate, create decadent gourmet truffles, chocolate mousse and a host of other chocolate delights, including
a chocolate martini!  Bring your love of chocolate to this magnificent party as you’ll be working hands
on.  Bring an apron and containers to take your goodies home.

Learn the time honored traditions of how to make marshmallows, toffees, caramels, taffies,
lollipops and more. Bring your love of candy to this hands on workshop along with an apron,
a candy thermometer, cookie sheets with sides and containers to take your goodies home.
