Candy making is a fine art dependent upon the ability of the candy maker. Our classes focus upon technique, formulas and the finest ingredients. Classes include: Gourmet Marshmallows, Toffees, Lollipops, Caramels, Fudge, Dulce de Leche, Brittles, Taffies and more. Classes are available during October through June and are dependent on the weather.
