Join Chef Murat Day as he prepares you to become San Diego’s next premier caterer. This 10 class program will teach you the fundamentals of catering: event planning, food cost management, menu planning, table display, food presentation and so much more in this lecture and hands on program. There is limited cooking as we assume you already know how to cook! Supply lists will be available the first day of class.

Tuition for the course is $1500.00. Uniform and textbook must be purchased separately.
