You love food, you love parties and you just know you can do a better job at catering a party than some. Now is your chance to learn about the world of catering.

Join Chef Murat Day as he prepares you to become San Diego’s next premier caterer. This 3 part program, Catering 101, 102 and 103, will teach you the fundamentals of catering: event planning, food cost management, menu planning, table display, food presentation and so much more in this lecture and hands on program. Supply lists will be available the first day of class.

Each section of 4 classes costs $500.00 and the total program costs $1500.00. Uniform and textbook must be purchased separately.

Class Schedule

Our classes include adventures in cooking, baking, chocolate and candy making, etiquette and party planning. Private classes, team builders, and parties are also available. Class size is limited and pre-registration is required.

Cooking is dangerous due to the presence of sharp implements, flames, hot substances and surfaces, spills and slippery floors.
