Carrie's Fish Shack - Shellfish

Join Executive Chef Carrie Rosebraugh for an evening of shellfish exploration. You'll learn the secrets to preparing delectable shellfish dishes that everyone in the family will love. You'll make an array of foods using Clams, Mussels, and Crab. Bring an apron, wear comfortable closed toe shoes, bring a chef's knife and containers to carry your creations home.
