Greece Opa!
The Greeks realized early on that the aesthetic appeal of food depends on color and
scent as well as on taste. In the course of time Greek cuisine came to be adorned with
herbs and sauces. In fact, it is argued that béchamel sauce is of Greek ancestry.
After all, the word aroma is of Greek origin. Join us as we explore the many faces of
Greece, her culture and her influence on the modern world. Our menu tonight is Spanakopita with Tzatziki sauce, Dolmas, Moussaka and Kleftiko.
