Goa was once a colony of Portugal and the Portuguese influence still remains prevalent within the culture and flavor of their food. Goa remained as an overseas territory of Portugal for more than 450 years until it was annexed by India in 1961.

Portugal’s influence has been felt around the world. Join Executive Chef Arleen Lloyd for a wonderful adventure of discovery as you learn about the foods of Goa, and the magnificent flavors and surprise each dish holds. Menu: Goan Pork Vindaloo, Goan Prawn Curry, Basmati Rice, and Mango Payasam.
