Our instructors are not only chefs they are educators who also hold credentials from the State of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. In fact, many of our instructors have graduate degrees in a multitude of disciplines.
Our chefs have been taught by some of the most prestigious chefs in the business, including Jacques Pepin, Paul Bocuse, Francis Garcia, Jean Banchet, Bo Friberg, Cindy Mushet, Nancy Silverton and the Grand Dame Julia Child. Did I mention they have also cooked around the world, literally! From the USA to Europe to Russia to China and everywhere in between, our hands have experienced the wonders of food from an international perspective.
