Patisserie is often considered the high brow daughter of the baking world. She is consumed with creating magnificent cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts, souffles and mousses. Our hands on patisserie classes encompass all this and more.

You'll learn the formulas and techniques used by professional pastry chefs and will be exposed to the secrets passed down from one pastry chef to another. It is recommended that students have a basic understanding of the baking process prior to enrolling in a patisserie class.
