Join Chef Murat Day as he prepares you to become San Diego’s next premier caterer. This 3 part program, Catering 101, 102 and 103, will teach you the fundamentals of catering: event planning, food cost management, menu planning, table display, food presentation and so much more in this lecture and hands on program. Supply lists will be available the first day of class.

Classes meet February 7th, February 14, February 21st and February 28th. There are no make up dates for classes missed.
